NO UPFRONT FEES...EVER
Penny-Brite Estate Sales does not charge an upfront fee for any services that we provide. Our commission is deducted from the final sale total, AFTER the sale.
We pay to advertise your sale on numerous social media accounts, in local newspapers, here on our website, and on estatesales.net. Word-of-mouth will also be used to advertise your sale.
We come to your estate free of charge to discuss your timing requirements and help you start the liquidation process. We're on your time!
WE PROVIDE EVERYTHING NEEDED TO CONDUCT THE SALE
We setup and take down all items before and after the sale. We provide the tables and other items necessary to conduct each individual sale, and hand-price every item.
Our goal is to sell every item at every sale. However, that does not always happen. Upon consultation, we will discuss different charity donation options, auction companies, and liquidation services to ensure that all items are removed. The decision of what to do with leftover items will be left up to the client.
